We are currently looking for a Tender and Contract Specialist who will play a key role in supporting the sales teams by preparing, reviewing, and monitoring contracts related to commercial activities. The position focuses primarily on sales contracts, coordination with internal teams, and support for commercial processes, while incorporating a legal component to ensure consistency, overall compliance, and risk reduction.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the sales team to support the preparation of bids and proposals.
• Prepare, review, and adapt sales contracts, commercial proposals, and bids.
• Ensure that contractual documents are clear, complete, and aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage follow-up, approvals, and contractual deadlines.
• Participate in certain meetings, mainly on commercial and contractual aspects.
• Conduct an initial analysis of the risks associated with standard clauses and recommend adjustments.
• Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.

Requirements

• Hold a college diploma in administration or a related field;
• Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience related to the position;
• Have experience in a legal environment (a significant asset);
• Be fully bilingual (French and English);
• Be proficient in the Windows environment.
