Description de posteweekend day shift (electrician with strong mechanical skill set or Dual ticketed Electrician / Millwright) weekend shift is 6am- 6pm Fri, Sat, Sun starting wage of $40 - $44 / hr afternoon shift premium of $0.75 / hr start with 3 weeks vacation 100% employer paid benefits work in a laid back environment and for a supportive manager tool replacement program company RRSP 6 paid sick / personal days / year (45 hours of paid sick time) minimal overtime valid Canadian Electrician license (309A / 442A) and possess strong mechanical skill set or be dual ticketed with your Millwright license a positive attitude is a must willingness to help out with facility maintenance a relatively clear criminal record strong pnuematic troubleshooting abilities experience with Allen Bradley PLCs is a bonus as a Millwright, you have basic electrical troubleshooting abilities previous experience operating a Forklift and ideally a Reach Truck

This role is focused in a facility that performs packaging and is in the food / pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you'll be joining a laid back environment where your supervisor is there to support you, and is a tradesperson themselves.
You will be :
- performing MIG / TIG welding
- working with pnuematics and rotating equipment
- performing regular PM and attending breakdown calls
- maintaining the facility
- working on a small team
- bringing your positive attitude to the table on a daily basis
- working on newer equipment
- maintaining SOPs and have strong documentation practices
- assisting with equipment and process design
- working at heights
- operating a forklift and reach truck
- performing basic plumbing tasks
