Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist operations in adhering to the HSE management system and seek out ways to improve and optimize HSE performanceLiaison with clients, third parties, HSE and other internal clients ( Learning and Development, Business Development and other groups within CEDA)Facilitate CEDA’s incident investigation program deliverables in conjunction with operational team members, providing coaching and feedback where necessaryResponsible for documentation management and developmentAudit and monitor CEDA’s risk management program elements as requiredSupport work location risk management communications through research and provide appropriate materials for operational team membersDevelop and facilitate learning sessions and / or presentations to increase awareness of organizational risk management practicesIdentify HSE coaching opportunities throughout the organization, offer yourself as a HSE subject matter resource and actively participate in leading indicator activitiesRole Specifications :
1-3 years of field HSE experience in an industrial / O&G setting requiredHSE diploma / certificate, National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation, Occupational Health & Safety Certificate (OH&S), Canadian Registered Safety Technician (CRST) or Professional (CRSP) is requiredA strong working knowledge of related Occupational Health & Safety legislation as well as Environmental and Transportation regulations is an assetFamiliar with using computer systems and can pick up new programs easilyExperience with Intellex and Share Point is an asset
