Salary : $120,000 plus

Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Brampton. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and managing chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct physical exams, obtain patient histories, and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays.
• Provide prenatal and postnatal care, including family planning services.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
