What you will be working on : Oversee the installation process for assigned security systems projects, ensuring material and staff requirements are managed effectively Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while maintaining the highest quality for our clients Control costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of best practices and standard processes Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding quickly to concerns, participating in site meetings, and managing communications to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty Lead, guide, and mentor field and coordination staff Proactively assess risks, ensure a safe and healthy work environment Develop customer relationships supporting further business development Who are we looking for? Essential qualifications : College diploma at a technical level or equivalent experience Minimum of five years? experience in installing and servicing security systems in mid-size and large commercial and / or residential buildings Minimum of 3 years of Project Manager experience in the integrated security and networking industry Strong understanding of modern security solutions (Access control, CCTV, Entryphone and intercom systems, LAN networks, VMS, SIP Proven records of managing projects above $1 million Experience in direct management of a team of 5+ members Thorough understanding of Installation Department standard work procedures and processes at construction sites Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and achieve deadlines, working under pressure with minimal supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven leadership and management capabilities, including enhancing employee productivity and morale Managing conflicting demands and customer expectations G drivers license is requiredAdditional, "nice to have" qualifications : Post-secondary education in engineering technology (e.g., controls, instrumentation, electrical) or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications or experience in sales, estimating, or design in the security sector would be considered an asset. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Prior experience in sales, estimating, or design experience in the security sector Experience with ICT, CCURE9000, Kantech, DSC, Hikvision, Axis, Avigilon, Genetec, Salto, Lenel, Aiphone preffered We value diversity and inclusion and encourage all qualified people to apply.
