User experience writer

Salary : $70,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements :

• Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Law, Business, Library Science, or other related fields
• Experience in technical writing is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and A / B testing practices
• Capacity to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• Knowledge of consumer psychology and online marketing principles
• Proficient in giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Adept at identifying opportunities and proposing new concepts
• Sound decision-making skills and good judgment
• Ability to learn and troubleshoot various technologies
• Understanding of legal matters is advantageous
• Knowledge of UX best practices is an asset
• Familiarity with software development could be beneficial
• Bilingual in French, German, or Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities :

Create interactive product questionnaires for users to generate personalized legal documents

Compose and revise text to streamline the legal document creation process

Work cross-functionally with Legal, Design, Development, and QA teams to design effective interactive web products

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to highlight issues and improvement opportunities for web offerings

Adopt best practices and innovate new ones for web product development

Use internal tools to deliver high-quality specifications

Conduct product research and user testing for questionnaire enhancements

Formulate creative strategies to boost user engagement and retention

Commit to ongoing personal and professional development through research on user experience and digital marketing
