Select People Solutions is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to support our client’s housing operations. This role is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and functionality of the property, ensuring buildings, units, and common areas are safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. Working closely with the Tenant Relations Coordinator, the Property Maintenance Manager coordinates repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and contractors while supporting move-in and move-out turnovers. They play a key role in maintaining property standards, responding to maintenance concerns, and ensuring work is completed accurately, safely, and professionally.

Compensation & Hours :
The rate of pay will be $60K / yearMonday through Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekendsPosition Summary :
Report recurring tenant issues, maintenance needs, and work orders to the Tenant Relations Coordinator and senior managementWork collaboratively on tenant compliance, application screening, notices, and move-in / move-out coordinationPlan, schedule, and document maintenance activities, including preventive inspections, annual maintenance planning, and budget trackingConduct regular property inspections, security rounds, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsRespond to emergency and after-hours maintenance issues as needed and complete other duties aligned with organizational needsCleaning common areas, assisting with minor in-unit and common-area repairs, basic plumbing tasks, and light landscapingRequired Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED requiredKnowledge of the Landlord Tenant Act with strong financial, operational, and conflict-resolution skillsProven experience in housing managementStrong advocacy, mentorship, and crisis-intervention abilities when working with tenantsWorking knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, including safe use of hand and power toolsUnderstanding of safety practices, construction standards, and municipal codesProficient with computer systems relevant to the role, such as work order and tracking systemsPhysically capable of performing demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, kneeling, and extended physical activityHighly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skillsA valid driver’s license with a clean abstractBonus Points For :
