What You'll be Doing :

• Uncover the full financial needs of the members, provide solutions and / or refer these to the appropriate Advisor.
• Support and / or facilitate the financial planning experience for the members.
• Be proactive in pursuing external / internal business opportunities by : retention of existing member base and actively soliciting new business, reviewing marketing data to determine new market potential, and leveraging opportunities with existing members through in branch / telephone communication.
• Establish and implement a sales plan that focuses on retaining and attracting new members with mid / high net worth, developing internal referral sources, centers of influence, improving profitability with existing members and developing business from existing members.
• Identify staff developmental opportunities and provide effective coaching and technical training.
• Provide coaching & mentoring to assist members of the team with skill development.
• Ensure all corporate policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to including compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements to mitigate the risk of loss to the Credit Union and members.
