We are currently recruiting for Full Time to Part Time (depending on site availability) professional security officers to work at a high profile RCMP site in Chilliwack.
Fulltime staff are required to work 4 on 4 off, days, afternoon and graveyard shifts.

Acquire valuable experience as a stepping stone into a law enforcement career Health & dental benefits Free uniforms Training and support to succeed in your role Opportunity to work for a reputable security company and grow within Commissionaires BC You’re a good fit if… Demonstrated interest and experience in serving the public/working with law enforcement Positive and professional attitude, with strong customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, and equipment such as faxes and photocopiers Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner Strong multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills Physically fit and assertive, including the ability to conduct extensive foot patrols Fluent English written, verbal and reading skills Some of your responsibilities include: Performing exterior patrols Maintaining official visitor logs, count sheets, sign-in/out sheets Writing clear and concise daily logs and reports of all incidents Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations Provide first aid in a prompt, accessible, and appropriate manner Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of site duties and safety standards Your Must – Haves … Valid BC Security Licence Lived in Canada for minimum 5 years for clearance purposes and be a Canadian Citizen or have a valid PR OFA 1 or willing to obtain Class 5 Drivers Licence Our Story Commissionaires BC is a Canadian, not-for-profit security/enforcement organization that has been in business since 1927.
