Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program and gain in‑depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. The program will develop leadership skills and provide hands‑on experience in outside sales, production/warehouse management, office management, and service management, ultimately preparing you for career advancement opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership perspective.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data to assist in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in professional development with access to executive leadership seminars and divisional summits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months of starting the program.
- A valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Qualified to drive a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. (Provincial requirements).
Preferred Qualifications
- Co‑op or internship experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role.
- Business or related academic major.
- Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
Additional Information
Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
