This role focuses on selling and promoting our compact equipment and attachments, growing our market share, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned territory and drive sales by servicing existing customers and acquiring new ones.
• Represent Bobcat of Brantford with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to high customer service standards.
• Demonstrate equipment, conduct on-site product demos, and attend to equipment deliveries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and stay organized with weekly sales plans.
• Conduct trade evaluations and follow up with customers post-sale for ongoing satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and participate in team meetings and training.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience, compact or heavy equipment preferred, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage a CRM effectively and create a strategic sales plan.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to relationship-building.
