Position Overview

The Administration Specialist plays a key role in keeping our operation moving by supporting drivers, coordinating administrative tasks, and partnering closely with Operations and Customer Service teams. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and driver support, including driver services, data entry, driver check-in, audits, and reception coverage
• Support the Administration team during vacations and absences to ensure service levels, objectives, and deadlines are met
• Partner closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to maintain an efficient, well-coordinated workflow
• Perform other related duties as required to support daily operations
