This position is an on‑site position located in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Relocation assistance is available for the successful candidate. Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate employee well‑being programs with a focus on early intervention and prevention.
• Provide expert advice to leaders on organizational changes impacting employee wellness.
• Develop and implement culture initiatives aligned with our People Strategy and Culture Commitment.
• Support leadership development programs emphasizing psychological safety.
• Build strong partnerships with community resources, union representatives, and external providers.
• Design and deliver engaging educational programs, workshops, and seminars.
• Oversee diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including education, resources, and council development.
• Track and analyze wellness metrics, ROI, and health outcomes to inform continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure program quality, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead and inspire team members to achieve measurable goals aligned with organizational values.
