ManageFCC’snationalPhysicalSecurityprogram
Strengthenfacilities and personnel security programs
Support organizational risk management
Develop employee learning tools and support officesto manage risksto employee safety
Recommend strategic,technicaland tactical actions to management
Recommend improvements based on best practices and stakeholder consultation
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to guide,troubleshootand modernize interconnected office systems
Review and assess currentprocesses and practices; identify and prioritize gaps; and develop actionable solutions
Support internal stakeholders in implementing improvements
Whatyou'llbring to the team
Requiredqualifications
A bachelor’s degree in commerce,administrationor risk management
Minimum five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience in project management
Expertiseinintrusion alarms, emergency alerts, access control, CCTVmonitoringand integrated security operations
Experienceas atechnology architect
Knowledge of standard corporate software applications
Preferredqualifications
PMPor CAPMcertification
Experience coaching and mentoring peers(informal leadership)
Security, Physical Security and Safety certification (for example PSP, CPP, etc.)
Bilingualism (English and French)
