What Youll Be Doing

• Safely operate a 4axle mixer truck to deliver readymixed concrete to customer job sites.
• Conduct thorough pretrip and posttrip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch customers and team members to support efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete all required safety environmental and quality documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing Heidelberg Materials professionally on job sites.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid commercial drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently in varied conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety communication and teamwork.
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing as part of daily work.
• Reliability professionalism and a focus on delivering highquality service.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
