Responsibilities
As a Junior Accountant at Avail CPA, you will :
- Work one-on-one with a dedicated coach who will mentor you through your professional growth
- Gain hands-on experience preparing and filing T1 personal, T2 corporate, and other client tax returns across diverse industries
- Assist with compilation and review engagements for a wide range of businesses and not-for-profit organizations
- Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver quality service and strengthen relationships
- Participate in firm training, networking events, and professional development sessions to support your career growth
What We’re Looking For
Recently completed (or will soon complete) a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related disciplineEligible to enter the CPA PEP and committed to earning your designationStrong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with clients and team membersExcellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple projectsA proactive approach to learning and professional developmentA genuine passion for delivering excellent client serviceWhat We Offer
