Lounsbury Chevrolet – Shop Foreman / Women Role
We’re the leading auto repair center in Moncton and we’re looking for a skilled Shop Foreman / woman to lead the busy collision centre (bodyshop). This role requires someone highly organized, experienced in vehicle repair, and passionate about driving quality.
Hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 am – 5 pm (no Saturdays).

Responsibilities
Job Dispatching & Workflow Management
Assign repair jobs to technicians based on priority and availability.Ensure technicians have the next job ready with all necessary parts and documentation.Monitor and adjust workflow to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.Quality Control & Inspection
Review all estimates and repair plans before work begins.Inspect body repairs before moving to the prep stage.Inspect prepped vehicles and mark them ready for paint using the designated system.Team Leadership & Communication
Conduct daily 2‑minute pitch meetings to outline priorities and goals.Foster a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.Provide coaching and support to technicians as needed.Facility & Equipment Management
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop and workspaces.Oversee care and maintenance of tools and equipment.Supervise purchasing of supplies and ensure proper inventory control.Customer Service & Quality Assurance
Ensure high‑quality repairs and minimize rework.Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.Collaborate with estimators to ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.3+ years of experience in an automotive body shop environment, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and quality standards.Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Valid driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract.Highly reliable and enjoys working as part of a team.Attention to detail.Seniority Level
