MacDonald Search Group is partnering with a leading Canadian home‑services company in their search for a Sales Support Coordinator & Administrator. This new team member will support the Vancouver sales team and convert inbound HVAC and emergency heating / cooling / hot water inquiries into booked in‑home appointments and while providing operational support. Our client is growing locally and nationally which could lead to long term career growth for the right person!
Role summary
Act as the primary contact for inbound phone and web leads. Qualify customers, book appointments, maintain CRM records, coordinate emergency requests, and support sales and field teams with administrative tasks.
