Executive Project Assistant : Full Time Temporary (maternity leave)

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, the Executive Project Assistant manages the overall administrative function of the organization.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Management of all modes of internal and external communication
- Grant writing
- Preparation of all forms of correspondence
- Maintain an up-to-date calendar for the CEO and COO
- Provide all relevant information and materials for meetings
- Take and provide minutes for meetings
- Maintain accurate records of electronic and hard copy files
- Research and submit grant applications
- Prepare and edit internal and external correspondence, communication and presentations on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team
- Management of timelines, correspondence, documents for the current expansion project (building a House in Prince Albert and a House in Regina)
Job Requirements Include :
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in executive administrationMinimum of 2 years’ experience in proposals and grant writingExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong judgement and decision-making skillsAbility to anticipate needs and challengesProven ability to prioritize and to take initiativeProven ability to manage many projects at the same timeComfortable in an environment that embraces reconciliation, equity, diversity and inclusionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills :o Evidence of being genuine and approachable
o Can exhibit compassion and care to families who are facing difficult circumstances
Able to pass a Police Record CheckWork Hours :
Typically, Monday – Friday, 7 hours per daySome flexibility and travel required
