Description de poste4% vacation paid weekly Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsible for coordinating with the planner the flow of work throughout the Machine Shop. Ensure the availability of parts to meet flow requirements as well as customer expectations bull Assist with Work Order Management in SAP. Coordinate unplanned activities including raising rework travelers performing work order splits in SAP liaising with Manufacturing Engineers and supporting other functions in the company to maintain site OTD requirements. Update / improve administrative and reporting tools in order to reduce non-value-added work. Create maintain and publish daily / weekly status reports as required. bull Support dominant work centres with data administration for inspection plans. Participate in Continuous Improvement projects Degree in Engineering / Business / Operations or related field Proficient computer skills experience in administrative functions Excellent problem solving and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Office software - advanced Excel Skills basic understanding of Engineering drawings previous experience with MRP II / SAP software an asset Previous experience in production planning Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time detail-oriented and organized Planner Scheduler to join our client's team in Ajax, ON. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating with the planner the flow of work throughout the Machine Shop, along with materials and resources. If you have strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for you!
- Pay Rate : $27 - $30 / hour (based on experience)
- Location : Ajax, ON
- Shift : Monday- Thursday 730AM-4PM Fridays 730-1230
- Job type : Temporary | Full-time | 12-month contract
