Health Care Assistant (HCA) – West Kelowna / Kelowna

Senior Helpers is urgently hiring Health Care Assistants. If you are a new graduate or have experience working in assisted living, independent living, senior living, nursing homes, home care, or other healthcare settings, we’d love for you to join our team.

As an HCA you will provide compassionate, in‑home care designed to enhance the quality of life for seniors. Your work will partner with our caregiving team to deliver exceptional support and promote client independence.

Base Pay Range

CA$23.00 / hr – CA$26.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support instrumental activities of daily living, including light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to the healthcare team.

Support patients with eating and drinking while adhering to dietary requirements.
