Commercial Account Manager

Commercial Lines Account Manager / CSR Location : 290 Rowntree Dairy Road., Woodbridge, ON RDA Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, energetic, progressive-minded individual to service our commercial insurance clients. What you'll do Customer Service - Working with Clients and Sales Staff Processing Insurance Transactions for clients Manage policy renewals, endorsements and customer service on accounts per company defined service levels Prepare premium analysis and coverage comparison for renewal quotes and participate in marketing renewal accounts as required Communicate and manage renewal quotations and coverage changes with Insurer Handle account receivable discrepancies Review policy wordings & documents to ensure accuracy and quality control Follow up on endorsements, renewals, new business, and claims Issuance of Certificates of Insurance / or review prior to Technical Assistants issuance.
