We're looking for a Lead Data Analyst to be the analytical engine that powers our portfolio intelligence. You'll be at the heart of our decision-making, transforming complex data from our games, players, and the market into clear, compelling stories that guide our strategy. This role goes beyond traditional analytics, where you will be a business intelligence architect who builds systems to surface insights automatically, identifies market opportunities, and translates data into strategic recommendations.You'll partner with our Portfolio & Product Performance Lead and other central teams, helping us make smart investment decisions and find new opportunities for growth.This role is based in our Espoo office in Finland, and we work in a hybrid mode with weekly presence in the office.
