This review will include an assessment of any customizations made to these systems that deviate from application vendor or industry standards,
Stakeholder Interviews : The proponent will engage with key FMO and support stakeholders to conduct interviews and gather insights on the current pain points, challenges, and inefficiencies faced with the existing systems.
The goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the user experience and operational hurdles within the current framework,

This includes reviewing strategic plans, operational goals, and any upcoming changes that may impact the FMO's technological needs,

This will include an assessment of whether the current IWMS and other technologies are the right fit for the FMO's future needs.
The proponent will then develop a long-term technology roadmap (, a - year plan) outlining recommended actions, including whether the FMO should adjust its business processes to align with best practices and out-of-the-box solutions provided by available IWMS solutions, or if a new system should be considered,
- Benchmarking : The proponent will conduct a benchmarking study comparing the FMO's current technology use against other large public sector and health organizations within North America to identify best practices, trends, and potential solutions.
