Overview

An established and growing law firm based in Oxford is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join its friendly, professional, and forward-thinking team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a property solicitor who enjoys managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships, and working within a supportive environment that genuinely values quality work and career development.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a full residential property caseload from instruction through to post-completion, dealing with a broad and interesting range of matters, including :

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• New-build and shared ownership purchases
• Transfers of Equity
• First registrations and assents
• Help to Buy loan repayments

You will have autonomy over your files, supported by an effective case management system to ensure smooth and compliant file handling.
