The Opportunity
This is a senior-level in-house Project Manager role based in Barrie, Ontario, responsible for leading large, technically complex automation projects from early planning through final commissioning. These are high-visibility, multi-million-dollar initiatives that require strong commercial awareness, technical credibility, and the ability to bring diverse teams together around shared outcomes.
Reporting into senior project leadership, the successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, procurement, customers, and executive stakeholders.
Position Description
The Project Manager will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations are met or exceeded.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Travel is minimal, typically limited to occasional on-site check-ins, customer meetings tied to key milestones, or monitoring progress during installation or commissioning.
