Int. RPA Developers to deliver rapid automation implementations and lead technical delivery

Overview:We are seeking Intermediate RPA Developers with strong UiPath skills to develop, test, and deploy automated workflows. These nearshore positions will work within a POD structure to deliver 2-3 automations monthly across various business domains.

Responsibilities:

• Develop UiPath workflows and bots based on business requirements
• Perform testing and debugging of automation solutions
• Deploy bots to UiPath Orchestrator and manage configurations
• Collaborate with POD Lead for code reviews and best practices
• Support UAT activities with business stakeholders
• Document technical specifications and deployment guides
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with developers
• Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of UiPath development experience
• UiPath Developer certification (Advanced preferred)
• Experience with RE Framework and best practices
• Strong skills in VB.NET or C# programming
• Experience with SQL databases and API integrations
• Background in process automation for operations or finance
• Ability to work in nearshore delivery model with EST hours

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Document Understanding or AI Center
• Knowledge of Python for automation tasks
• Airline or logistics industry experience
• AWS cloud services familiarity
