What You’ll Do :

As a Full-Time Team Member, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent service across departments, with a particular focus on agriculture-related products such as Hi-Hog equipment, fencing supplies, and animal feed. While this role emphasizes support in the ag department, you will also assist with general responsibilities across the operation to ensure a seamless and team-based approach to service.

Key responsibilities include :

• Upholding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program
• Delivering professional, people-first service to our Members and Guests, aligned with our “You’re at Home Here” brand promise
• Providing product knowledge and support in ag-specific areas (e.g., Hi-Hog equipment, posts, and feed)
• Operating point-of-sale terminals and assisting with merchandising and inventory
• Handling accurate ordering, stocking, and replenishment of products
• Supporting deliveries, load / unload duties, and use of equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, stock carts)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and brand-aligned store image

Participating in other tasks and projects as needed to support the entire team

Please note : While this role has a specialized focus in agriculture, you will also be expected to support other departments as part of a collaborative and flexible team environment.

Who You Are :

You are a motivated, approachable individual who values teamwork and service. You’re eager to learn and willing to take on a variety of tasks across departments. While experience or knowledge in agriculture is considered a strong asset, it is not required—we’re happy to provide training for the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to grow.

You also bring :

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends. Flexibility and a willingness to work across departments are essential.
