Montessori Education Assistant

Montessori Lower Elementary (6-9) Part-time Education Assistant Boundary Bay Montessori School is operated by the non-profit Board, Montessori in Delta Society (MIND). The school was established in 1990 and is located in Delta, British Columbia, Canada. We are situated in a natural pastoral setting with a wonderful view of the Cascade Mountains in the background. The natural environment provides many learning opportunities to foster student connection with the earth. The current school houses Casa (3-6), Lower elementary (6-9) and Upper Elementary (9-12) classrooms. Next year we will be expanding our school to include a Nido (0-3) program and additional Casa classes. We have experienced Montessori Directresses who value working in a professional educational environment where collaboration is valued, innovation is welcomed, and mentoring is available to create a team approach to working and learning. If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a part time (20 hours / week) Lower Elementary Education Assistant for 2024 / 25. Position Start Date : September 2024 Employment Term : Contract Part-time - 20 hours / week Hourly wage is based on qualifications and experience.Montessori experience preferred.
