Software QA Technician

As a Software QA Test Technician, you will ensure our software meets top-quality standards while supporting the needs of our global partners. You'll run tests, diagnose issues, document results, and assist engineers with validation and release processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Document and maintain records of test results and defect resolutions.
• Conduct operational tests and audits as per defined procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers to diagnose and replicate product issues.
• Review design changes and complete testing for revisions.
• Contribute to the software release process and maintain lab documentation.
