What Youll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and process orders
- Provide pricing order support expediting billing and post-sale assistance
- Partner with Account Managers to deliver complete customer solutions
- Resolve product return and warranty issues
- Build strong long-term customer relationships
