Were looking for someone who understands the electrical distribution worldwhether youve worked in the warehouse shipping/receiving order desk or admin support.

What Youll Do

• Support customers at the counter and over the phone
• Process orders quotes and returns
• Provide pricing and product information
• Work closely with warehouse and account managers to fulfill orders
• Assist with warranty and product inquiries
• Build strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers

What You Bring

• 23 years experience in the electrical distribution industry(warehouse inside support admin order desk etc.)
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and terminology
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced branch environment
• Strong communication skills
