Innisfail Agro Centre presents the perfect opportunity for you! We’re currently looking for seasonal Agro Equipment Operators to join our dynamic team.

Position

Agro Equipment Operator

Term

This is a temporary contract for approximately 7 months, from March 2026 to October 2026

Part‑time

24 – 36 hours per week

Availability

Weekdays and weekends – mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as Floaters, Sprayers, and Loaders safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre‑operation inspections, routine maintenance, and follow daily maintenance schedules
• Ensure accurate product application, documentation, and timely paperwork submission
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards
• Obtain and maintain WHMIS and TDG certifications; complete required e‑learning
• Analyze agricultural trends and promote cross‑marketing opportunities with growers
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, inside and out, on a regular basis
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed
• Coordinate with Agro Delivery Drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing needs and special requests
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors
• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Report incidents and concerns to the supervisor promptly
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
