Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Canada. (

Profile : Our client specializes in high-end custom building materials and interior finishes. They are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to lead the launch of their new Windows and Doors division. The role will focus initially on direct-to-consumer sales, with the opportunity to help grow the division into B2B markets and larger-scale construction projects.

Must be available to work on weekends and requires a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Territory : Greater Montreal, with plans to expand the territory.

Workplace : Work-from-home (must be local to the Greater MTL Area), with the possibility of working from the office.

Products / Services : Windows and Doors

Salary : Base $60,000–$75,000

Commissions / Bonus : Profit sharing of 5% after expenses

around $18 000 the first year)

Car allowance : Car allowance or mileage reimbursement

Expense’s reimbursement : All reasonable expenses reimbursed

Functions :

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Conduct on-site visits with homeowners and clients to present product options and take accurate final measurements.
  • Prepare and submit customized proposals and quotes, ensuring timely follow-up with all prospects.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of contracts.
  • Place orders, coordinate installations, and manage follow-ups to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with consistent post-sale support.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Requirements

    Development vs Maintenance : 100% vs 0%

    Road vs Office : 80% vs 20%

    Languages : Fluency in written and spoken French and English required

    Education : College or university education an asset

    Training : On-the-job training provided

    Overnight Travel : N / A

    Years of experience : A minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the Windows and Doors sector.

  • Must be available to work on weekends

  • Windows and Doors sector experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Comfortable with sales prospecting, lunch & learns, and lead sourcing through RFPs / tenders.
  • Transferable Knowledge :

  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
