Business Development Manager - GVA

We are looking for a results-oriented and customer focused Business Development Manager for Greater Vancouver Area. This is an individual contributor role. YOUR CHALLENGE

• To lead sales growth by optimizing the current and potential customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Contact potential clients to establish relations and arrange meetings;
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives;
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
• Find and develop new markets and improve sales;
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients;
• Develop goals for the team and business growth and ensure they are met;
• Develop business and account plans and initiate quarterly meetings;
• Train personnel and help team members develop their skills. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR University degree or equivalent experience;
• Hunter mindset;
• Experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing;
• Experiences in industrial sales (health and safety knowledge : key asset);
• Experience with executive level presentation, consultative sales experience, capacity to use technology to make decisions;
• Experience with a CRM is a definite asset;
• Valid driver’s license;

Ability to travel.
