Job Summary
As an Auto body prepper, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for preparing vehicles for the painting process, which includes tasks such as sanding, priming, masking and minor filler work. You need to be skilled and meticulous to be able to fulfill the requirements of this job. This role also offers the potential for advancement within our painting department.

Key duties and responsibilities
Qualifications:
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
· Previous experience as an Auto Body Prepper or in a similar role within other industries
· Knowledge of different types of sanding and masking techniques
· Familiarity with automotive paints, primers, and painting equipment
· Ability to work independently and as a team player
· Strong problem-solving and time management skills
· Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
· Valid driver's license
· High school diploma
