Responsibilities

• Providing 1-on-1 support to children and youth with physical and / or cognitive disabilities.
• Incorporating inclusive programming, allowing for children and youth of all abilities to participate.
• Supervising program participants as they engage in recreational activities.
• Ensuring that children and youth have a positive experience through fun and rewarding recreation and sport programs.
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of program participants.
• Performing some housekeeping responsibilities, like sanitization of equipment, cleaning program areas, etc.

Reporting to the Camp Coordinator, the Inclusion Counsellor supports children and youth with physical and / or cognitive disabilities.
