The Role
Wood is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support our Projects business unit. The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in providing the VP F&A -West, the Business Group President, and the business group leadership team with financial information and analysis. Working closely with all the sub business group Senior Finance Managers, the FP&A Manager will ensure the business group results are reported on time, accurately, and in line with Group policies. This role is key to delivering the annual budget & forecasts for Projects West. The role also brings opportunities to manage alignment across the business group, support various finance and strategy related initiatives, and interact with BU personnel.

- Competitive salary with regular salary reviews to ensure we are rewarding at the right level in line with the market. Salary range for this position is $140,000 CAD to $190,000 CAD. Final salary will be based on relevant and applicable experience, education, and the specific skill set and qualifications required for the role

Expected:
- Professionally qualified accountant
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- A thorough understanding of Wood accounting policies and good knowledge of IFRS.
- Significant experience in a reporting or other key finance role within a complex global organization
- Ability to influence and challenge current thinking through clear, informed and logical presentation and discussion
- Led and embedded change
- Self-starter with the ability to plan workload and meet deadlines while coordinating delivery of inputs from other team members
- Very good attention to detail and thoroughness in daily work
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and team members from multiple levels of an organization
- Coordination of complex annual budgets and forecasting
