Director, Design and Implementation Remote Canada

OVERVIEW

Reporting to VP Solution Design and Development the Director Design and Implementation is a senior leader within the IT Solution Design department responsible for driving the successful design delivery and implementation of technology solutions that support business objectives for Extended Producer Responsibility. This role oversees a team of information analysts QA testers and implementation specialists and works closely with cross-functional teams ensuring solutions are innovative scalable and aligned with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements for Producer Responsibility Organizations (PRO).

As a key partner to both business and technology leadership the Director will play a pivotal role in shaping solution roadmaps guiding design practices and ensuring high-quality execution from concept to implementation.

This is a salary paid position requiring residency in Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Strategy

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for solution design and implementation initiatives across the organization related to EPR business frameworks.
• Partner with senior business and IT leaders to align technology solutions with business strategy and priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure solution quality implementation success and business value delivery.
• Guide and support direct reports in the completion of their critical duties.

Expected Compensation :

The s alary range listed compli es with the Ontario Employment Standards Act and reflects a potential base salary range for this role . The actual salar y offered will be determined within the range and will depend on factors such as the candidates unique qualifications relevant experience work location and expected contributions .
