OVERVIEW
Reporting to VP Solution Design and Development the Director Design and Implementation is a senior leader within the IT Solution Design department responsible for driving the successful design delivery and implementation of technology solutions that support business objectives for Extended Producer Responsibility. This role oversees a team of information analysts QA testers and implementation specialists and works closely with cross-functional teams ensuring solutions are innovative scalable and aligned with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements for Producer Responsibility Organizations (PRO).
As a key partner to both business and technology leadership the Director will play a pivotal role in shaping solution roadmaps guiding design practices and ensuring high-quality execution from concept to implementation.
This is a salary paid position requiring residency in Canada.
