Key Responsibilities

Pharmacy Leadership & Patient Care

Lead daily pharmacy operations and deliver full-scope clinical services.

Provide counselling on prescriptions and OTC products.

Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with all regulatory and privacy standards.

Foster strong relationships with patients and health-care providers.

Workflow & Inventory Management

Oversee workflow queues, will-call bins, and documentation.

Maintain dispensary security and confidentiality.

Manage inventory levels, expired product checks, and wholesaler orders.

Ensure strict compliance with controlled substances regulations.

Operational & Team Leadership

Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-friendly pharmacy environment.

Review financial reports and participate in operational decision-making.

Train, coach, and support pharmacy staff; delegate tasks effectively.

Address store communications and file incident reports as required.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, independent decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to drive pharmacy performance and build team engagement.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency with pharmacy systems and technology.

Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to Health & Safety standards.
