Position: Project Manager/Leader Junior Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: 24-Month Contract Experience and Skill Set Requirements 1. Project Management & Coordination Skills (45%)

Demonstrated experience in I&IT project management.
Experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project, ensuring activities are tracked to completion.
Experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking, and follow-ups.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business and technology teams.
High proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

2. Communication & Relationship Management (30%)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience creating and maintaining project management artefacts, including:
- Risk, issue, and action logs
- Briefing notes
- Status reports
- Presentations
- Project communications
- Meeting minutes
Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative abilities.

3. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills (25%)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience gathering data, performing analysis, and building reports to support decisions related to scope, schedule, and costs.
Ability to review and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
