Personal Support Worker

Job Description

ParaMed Home Health Care is hiring 2 full‑time Personal Support Workers (PSW). Applicants must be among the first 25 to apply.

Wage range : $20.99 – $21.86 per hour, plus a $3 / hour wage enhancement through the Ontario government program.

PSWs provide essential care and support to patients in their homes and communities, assisting with activities of daily living and helping maintain independence.

What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with activities such as skin, hair, oral care, bathing, toileting, and peri‑care.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets, as specified in the care plan.
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks and provide companionship to improve patients’ quality of life.
