About the Role
We are looking for an Office Assistant with hands-on AutoCAD experience who can support both technical and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking between drafting, basic accounting, and general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic AutoCAD drawings, markups, and edits
Support accounting tasks : data entry, invoicing, AP / AR, filing
Prepare reports, maintain documents, and handle correspondence
Coordinate office supplies, scheduling, and general admin tasks
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements
AutoCAD experience (basic to intermediate)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Experience with basic accounting or bookkeeping
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
