We are seeking an on-site CSW Instructor Specializing in Education Assistants to support our Community Support worker - Educational Assistant program, primarily focused on Communication, Child Development, Mental Health and Life Span Development. As Discovery Community College offers regular student intakes across its programs, there are ongoing opportunities for instructors seeking continued employment with future cohorts.

About the Role :

The CSW Instructor (Specializing in Education Assistants) will facilitate and deliver curriculum to students enrolled in the Community Support worker - Educational Assistant program. This position will require dynamic online teaching, effective communication, and the ability to support diverse learners.

This is part time 16 hours per week cohort staring from Januray 27, 2026, and has the potential to lead to future advancements within the college.

Weekly Schedule :

• Tuesday & Thursday :  5 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM
• Saturday :  8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Rate Range : $ 31 to $33 / hr CAD
