Senior Mobile Developer (React Native)

What you’ll do

• Architect for Scale : Design and evolve robust, maintainable, and secure mobile application architectures that perform seamlessly across platforms.
• Own the Build and Release Process : Manage the full lifecycle of mobile releases, including builds, signing, certificates, versioning, and deployments to app stores.
• Handle Stores and Publishing : Configure and maintain app store accounts, certificates, and credentials. Oversee publishing workflows and ensure timely, compliant releases.
• Champion Quality and Standards : Write clean, testable, and performant code. Uphold best practices in accessibility, maintainability, and performance optimization.
• Enhance Workflows : Improve build automation, testing pipelines, and release management processes to streamline delivery and reduce risk.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines : Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Developers to deliver cohesive, user-focused experiences.
• Mentor and Guide : Support peers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions. Encourage curiosity and technical growth across the team.
• Drive Technical Innovation : Explore new tools and frameworks that improve scalability, developer experience, and long-term product health.
