What you will be doing :
The Corporate PMO requires a Senior Project Manager to work on multiple projects and operational initiatives within the organization. The scope of this contract could include :
Buyback Prorations - Buyback periods are the previous services, whether contributory or non-contributory, that a member can purchase to increase their pensionable service. Once elected, the entire amount of service is credited upfront. However, a member may stop paying at any time. The organization will manually prorate the buyback service and associated salary if this happens.
YPP Analytics - PSPP and LAPP have requested information about the Members who use Your Pension Profile (YPP) and Employers who use Employer Hub. To derive the requested analytics, the ACE and APPS teams would be required to work together to use Google Analytics to run specific reports pertaining to the requested information. The development of reports must follow privacy regulations.
Transition to online - strategic and roadmap Project.
Online Services Implementation - strategic and roadmap Project.
Ensures priorities are strategically based.
Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
Creates, manages, and distributes project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets.
Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.

Experience within the industry domain of Financial Services, Pension Administration or Pension Services
Project Management Certifications (PMP)
ITIL experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and MS Project Online
Experience working in Software Development environments or projects.
Experience with the Agile software development process.
Experience working in a project / technical management role.
Experience with projects spanning multiple technical environments.
Experience working on Enterprise applications.
Experience working within an Enterprise Architecture environment.
Experience with secure exchange of electronic documents between stakeholders.
Experience working with Cherwell ticketing system.
Excellent project management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.
