• ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
• Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
• Coordinate orders and inventory with Chef
• Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service
• Placing and receiving food orders
• Listen and respond to customer complaints
• Ensure the concession area is clean and organized at all times
• Relieve attendants and handle preparation of food items as required
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ensure a high level of customer service
• Assisting guests with selection of Food & Beverage products and taking payment
• REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Detail oriented with good communication skills
• POS system experience is an asset
• Cash handling experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Some accounting experience an asset and experience with Word and Excel
• To honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills
• Second language an asset
• Food Safe certification and Pro Serve an asset
• Maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events
