Insurance Account Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Location : Steeles Ave. E. & Hwy. 404 - Thornhill / Markham

Type : Full Time, Permanent

Position Overview :

Responsibilities :

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Take personal responsibility for contributing your fair share to the team's daily, weekly, monthly, and annual, sales and service goals.
