We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Vernon, British Columbia or High Level, Alberta . We are dedicated to supporting our operations and delivering exceptional payroll and benefits services for all employees.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications :

• Minimum three years of related experience (or equivalent education / experience) in full-cycle payroll and benefits administration , ideally in a unionized environment.
• Demonstrated experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Management systems.
• Working knowledge of benefits administration, labour legislation, WCB, and CRA requirements .
• PCP designation (or in progress) with the Canadian Payroll Association; CEBS certification is an asset.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills , including payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations .
• Exceptional attention to detail , organizational skills , and ability to meet critical deadlines .
• Effective communication and service-oriented mindset , fostering positive relationships across all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word and Outlook.
