Description
We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Backend Developer to work within our Product Development group. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including greenfield products, improving existing features, paying down technical debt (yup, we really do it!), and everything in between.
This role is an opportunity for you to really make a high impact and build as we enter our next phase of growth. We’re looking for someone that not only will be driving new feature development, but ensuring best practices are top of mind.

Compensation
Our base salary for this role ranges from $108,100 - $162,200 / year CAD . Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
