Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Our Accounts Receivable department plays a key role in maintaining this system by managing cash flow and collecting payments from clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled financial professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, tracking, and recording payments with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that our financial transactions are timely, organized, and align with our company goals.

Objectives of this role

• Optimize Financial Systems : Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts to enhance financial transaction processes.
• Client Communication : Address discrepancies with the management team, identify slow-paying clients, and recommend collection candidates.
• Strengthen Client Relationships : Build and maintain positive relationships by communicating with clients regarding overdue accounts.
• Self-Starter : Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for operational efficiency.
• Ensure Compliance : Maintain integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, ensuring adherence to national and local financial regulations.
